McCoy Midwest Regional U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and Conrad Wong, Attorney-Advisor, China IP Team from the Office of Policy and International Affairs of USPTO. The program will include a presentation and discussion on the differences between Chinese and U.S. IP law, the USPTO IP Attaché program, seizure statistics, and intellectual property enforcement challenges in China.
