Speaker: Rick Hoffmann is president of Reising Ethington and leads its litigation group.  Rick has litigated intellectual property disputes at every court level from state courts up to the United States Supreme Court.  Rick is a frequent panelist and contributor to IAM, and has twice been named to IAM 300 Global leaders.  In addition to his legal practice Rick is an adjunct faculty member at U of D Mercy School of Law teaching Patent Law.
