September MIPLA Luncheon

On Thursday, September 17, 2020, from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm, Keith Bergelt, CEO of Open Invention Network, will be speaking about the management of patent risk in software, including parallels between open source technical and patent collaboration. More specifically, Mr. Bergelt will be presenting on defensive patent aggregation and the parallels between open source technical development under a collaborative model and patent risk mitigation under a similar approach. Mr. Bergelt will also address prospective solutions to enable open source hardware patent risk mitigation.
