Patent Agent or Patent Attorney – Harness IP

Patent Agent or Patent Attorney: Harness IP, an established IP boutique firm with a rapidly growing chemical practice, is in search of a lateral candidate in our metro-St. Louis office to support our expanding Biotech team. Qualified candidates must be registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Ideally this individual will possess 2-6 years’ experience with the following minimum education requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, and 2 years of laboratory experience
  2. Master’s degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or similar
  3. PHD in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or similar

Consideration may be given to candidates located in MI, VA, or TX. Remote candidates with experience of at least 4-6 years will be considered on a case-by-case basis. This position offers a total of 1900 billable hours or may be reduced and considered on a case-by-case basis relative to experience and education.
